My mom is a 5th grade teacher and thought it would be cool to get some TB's and track them with her class. She got 5 and we worked on getting them ready this evening. 5 hours later, I launched them all around my house. Check them out. I hope her students enjoy them!

5th Grade Adventurin' Arizona

5th Grade Copper State Express

5th Grade Jumpin' Jackalope

5th Grade Kruisin' Kokopelli

5th Grade Travelin' Tarantula

I will be adding this to my watchlist. I just wish your mom would have done this when my son Aaron was in her class last year. Well, I'm sure since your mom has had 2 of my kids in her class, there is a good chance my youngest Abigail will have her as a teacher too in a couple of years. Thanks for letting us know.

I was thinking the same thing about Aaron. I think since her class last year, Aaron especially, liked all the geocaching activities my mom decided to take it a step further this year. These TB's were inspired by Aaron and his classmates enthusiasm. 8-)

One of my moms students went and found 5th Grade Copper State Express on the Mogollon Rim this past weekend.

How cool is that! They seem to really be enjoying the TB's!

Lots of good pictures being posted for the Jumpin Jackalope. It recently visited the Statue of Liberty, White House, and the Washington Monument. Check it out!

Unfortunately, it looks like Jumpin' Jackalope and Kruisin' Kokopelli are the only two of the 5 to still be moving. However, one has been idle since last year. The good news is that Jumpin' Jackalope is all over Europe and in Austria right now. One mover recently went back and edited a log to include that the TB got to an event with Jeremy and Brian of geocaching.com. The Jackalope has easily been the most successful. Let's hope they move a little more now that Spring has come along.

Wow, this is a cool idea! My mom's also a 5th grade teacher; can I ask where your mom teaches?

Sweet, right near my old high school (Skyline). My mom teaches at Cambridge Academy at Brown/Ellsworth.

Mr. Smith taught English at a school .At the beginning of his
lesson, he liked to have one of his students give a report on any
subject. When it was Jack's turn, he told his audience about his
elder brother who was a local worker. But during the report, his
eyes were staring at the world map on the wall all the time. Mr.
Smith knew that Jack didn't look at the audience because he was
nervous. He said to Jack jokingly, "We can see you miss your brother
very much. But is he 0. K. now in South America?"
