I published my latest Wherigo cache today. It is called Seven Summits of Phoenix. The names says it all. This one took quite awhile to put together, so if anyone on the forum encounters any problems with it, please let me know.

Is there a way to turn this into a multi? for us non wherigo nerds? If not, you might have given me an idea.

Cool, another Wherigo. Thanks!

So you had to start at Piestewa Peak. I really don't enjoy hiking that trail when there are so many other nice trails to hike on. It's not the climb, it's just the trail and everyone on it. Okay, I'll quit whining.

Does one need to keep the cartridge active while hiking the trail to the summit or can one save the cartridge at the bottom and turn it back on at the top?

Did you test it with your Oregon, or just on the emulator?

For more informatin on the Phoenix Seven Summit challenge, you may want to look at cache Caterpiller Hill and look here.

There was also a Wherigo published in Tucson earlier this month named BMOC. That stands for Bench Mark On Campus. So now AZ has six Wherigo caches.

This probably could be a multi. I'll have to give it some thought. Joe, this cartridge has a character that I named after you. He pops up when you get to the top of Camelback.

I used my Oregon for most of the testing along with the emulator. I climbed each summit at least once and several twice. Got to see a great sunrise form the top of Camelback. I'd like to see how it runs on other devices.

I suppose you could save the game and restart when you get to the top. I don't think it would be a big deal, I just never tried. I did save between hikes and never seen any problems.

The main thing to remember with this game is to do the summits in order and not forget to gather the colored chip while at ground zero of each summit.
